• Nouveau voyage en France .

  
  

    Nous quittons Amiens Jeudi matin pour un voyage à Bordeaux ( sud ouest de la France ) où nous avons à aller au mariage de ma filleule . Bordaux est loin d ' Amiens . C ' est pourquoi nous nous arrêterons d ' abord à Saintes près de La Rochelle , Cognac . C ' est le pays du Cognac mais aussi du Pinaut des Charentes . Nous séjournerons trois jours dans la région de Bordeaux . Vous devinez ce que l ' on y fera . Ensuite nous remonterons dans le Nord en nous arrêtant sans doute dans le région d ' Angers ou de Tours . Vous savez que le vin d ' Anjou n ' est pas mauvais non plus . Enfin nous reviendrons à Amiens Mardi prochain . J ' espère que la voiture Citroën XM que j ' ai depuis dix ans et que j ' apprécie beaucoup nous transportera sans problème  Nous pouvons la charger lourdement ( de vins ) grâce à sa suspension spéciale .. A bientôt chers amis .

  
  

  New trip in France .

  
  

   We are leaving Amiens next Thursday in the morning for a trip to Bordeaux ( South west of France ) where we have to go to  my god - daughter wedding . Bordeaux is far . So we will stop at first in Saintes nearby La Rochelle , Cognac . It is the Cognac land and also the land where the Pinaut des Charentes is producted . We will stay in the region of Bordeaux during three days . We guess that we will do there .Then we will go up to the North of France with stop in Angers or Tours . You know the wine of Anjou is not bad no more . At last we will come back to Amiens next Thuesday . I hope that the car Citroën XM I have for ten years which I appreciate very much will lead us without any problem . We can load it ( with wines , of course ) heavily because of its special suspension ..... See you soon , dear friends .
