Some pleasant times
Quelques moments agréables
Some pleasant times
English version below the picture
Carole horseback in the beach . Carole chevauchant sur la plage Novembre 2014 Photo Thierry Denis

The news tell us the weather is cold in the US but in Northern France we get at this beginning of November a changing weather with rainy days and also sweet sunny days .
So you can see the Duchess Carole, my oldest daughter, enjoying a horse ride on the beach while her dogs are running on the sand and the muddy puddles . The Knight was pleased with this show and took those photos
Personally it was my pleasure to drive the lawnmower , enjoying the geraniums in the wheelbarrow! Those flowers were at the middle of the lawn but to mow I had to remove them temporarily . I was charmed by the sight of this flourished wheelbarrow.( photo Janine Fauquet. November 2014)
And finally I was happy to receive from Folkestone in Kent (England ) a photo of a trio of young women, glass in hands and telling me " cheers! " . At the middle is my youngest daughter Isabelle ( Isa), living in England , on the left a French girl, Alexa, and on the right , Jessica, a young English lady who speaks French better than me!
Some little spots of fun during a morose time , help.

LOVE the horse photo ~ looks like so much fun! And I too am charmed with the flowering wheelbarrow ~
How wonderful it would be to ride horseback along the shore!
The Duchess looks like she is having such fun riding along the beach with her sweet pups!
How wonderful for pleasant times and sweet memories!

There is you and your loyal hat having another adventure!
Cheers and HUGS!!!
Hi Michel, Such joyous moments you share.

I love the beach photo's,
and your smiling face always give me a reason to smile.
Wishing you a happy day,

Mornin Glorie...little spots of fun are what make this old world go round! Our grandson Nash came home with a paper poppy pinned to his shirt yesterday, the veterans had made them and gave them to the school children. I asked if he knew the flower represented poppies, he did not so I told him the story of Flanders Field, I think I learned the story from you...a million thank you's dear friend!!! ilym
A lovely set of photos! I love the look of the yard being mowed by such a dapper gentleman! Was the toast in honor of your birthday?
no, the toast is their way to tell hello and share their happiness
Dear Michel,
I enjoy seeing pictures of your family, whether they be on the horseback, or sitting in your dining room. You have the blessings of a beautiful family.
Yes, the geraniums have added beauty to the wheelbarrow.
Love,
Zakiah.
Your lovely family looks like they are having such a wonderful time and enjoying life.
Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Ty so very much of your comments on my mushroom photo.
Thank you so much for the kindness of your comments. It's snowing here so I think mowing is over. That's one nice thing about winter.
It's pretty too, just cold, then I feel old.
Yes, you do have blessings of a wonderful family.
Perhaps the wheelbarrow should just keep the flowers.
ryc: "I did not know anything about fiabetic bracelet or lace ?"
I know you meant diabetic, but lace?
The bracelet is a medical alert function so if a person is found unconscious the paramedics are aware of the medical condition you have. It can save your life.
Of course , Bonnie, I wanted to type " diabetic " and instead of " lace " I meant " necklace ".
Loved the photos and nice to see that some are actually learning other languages. that is wonderful.
Seeing the photos of riding a horse on the beach was so beautiful--what a life some have.
You are blessed,
frank
Here wevare also having a nice fall. Many hours of sunshine.
Nice to be able to go on horse back on the beach and the dog enjoys that too.
The wheelbarrow looks good. After a life of work, is enjoying his old days coverd with flowers
Good to see French and Englishntogether and mixing well. That is Europe the way it should be. All together, even Italians...:-)

Such pleasant times. So good to sit on a horse back to ride along seashores.
Indeed she is pleased with that and we understand
I'm certain I must have told you before that my youngest and yours share the same name. Ours is spelled slightly differently, Isabel, but we call her Isa, as well. I like the picture of you mowing with your geraniums. We had a few beautiful and warm days, early this week, then yesterday the temps dropped, the clouds moved in and we even saw a few flurries of snow. Winter may not be here, yet, but it's certainly on its way!
Your daughter is blessed to have such a beautiful horse and dogs.
RYC: I looked for three years for the right deal, and when I found a boat that I had the ability to fix, the owner saw my motorcycle and mentioned he had had one like that and wished he had never gotten rid of it. The story is long, but the short version is, his wife was tired of him paying rent at the marina for working on three boats, when none of them were able to be sailed, so he needed to get rid of the boat, and fast. I'll make a post about it with the details, soon.
I've seen a number of wheelbarrows turned into planters for flowers.
Such wonderful photos. Thank you for sharing.
You look so happy and relaxed with that lawnmower
I hope you had an enjoyable weekend so far!
Thank you for your comment on y post "NETS". I have replied to it. Wasn't sure if you go back to see the replies. Have a great week my dear friend.
Love YOUR beach pictures!
We are home now and my xanga sub has run out. So no new posts for a while. I am finishing my classes and the Lord is blessing that. I haven't taken many pictures lately maybe I can back to that later. <3 <3
You are right it does not feel like winter yet but there are forecasts that keep on saying that its going to be a bad winter so the worse may be to come yet. The Duchess is so lucky to live near a beach
