Here is our 12th grandchild Clementine . She is 1 day old on the picture below .Sur la photo ci - dessous elle a 4 jours . Elle est tenue par sa grand' mère Janine , ma femme . Elle regarde son père Pierre . On a remarqué aussi qu ' elle reconnaissait la voix de sa mère Agnès .
On the photo below she is 4 days old . She is held by her grand mother Janine , my wife . She looks at her father Pierre . We have noticed also she recognized her mother Agnès ' s voice .
Elle est tellement menue à cet âge que je ne sais pas comment la tenir . Mais je suis heureux .
She is so much tiny at this age that I don' t know how to hold her . But I am happy .

Lovely photos of both of you. Don't you just wish that grandchildren would stay babies for ever ? I love them when they'r little and dependant on us. Mind you I love them when they grow and are able to hold coversations with you. Julie's girls read this site so I have to be careful what I say

there's no correct way to handle a baby. i don't enjoy carrying a baby, fearing i might drop them when i hold them. i'm fearful of tiny tots. i don't know how i'm going to become a mother. don't think i'll be a good one.
