Surgeries in a row
Opérations en série
Surgeries in a row
English version below the picture
December 2014 . At the hospitalI never got surgeries until last year : cataract in July, laminectomy ( spine surgery) in December . Last Tuesday, February 3, I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my forehead. Why to post about this? I am myself wondering and I was hesitant But my thinking is short today. And short is my entry.
It is only for the memory.

Get well soon! You look pretty chipper in the pic ~
Sending healing thoughts. Doesn't it seem like every year something else goes wrong with the body. Getting older is not fun. I'm experiencing that now.
Nice to see you. I'm glad you shared.
if even just to preserve in your memory.
You are aware, or course, of all the surgeries Frank has had done on the skin cancers. It seems these things are not uncommon.
I hope that all is going well.
(((hugs)))
Lynn
You are right, Lynn, the basal cell carcinoma is not rare . Even if it does not spread , this can make serious damages locally.
Get well, mon ami.
Wishing you a speedy recovery,Michel.I have had those surgeries many times.
blessings
frank
Hope the doctor has taken it and it will not return! Sometimes even the people who take precautions (sunscreen and hats) end up with skin cancers. Hope you are home by the time you read this! Heal quickly!!
Hi Michel, Regarding your question, I think they said they are doing recovery for 12 or 16. By this point it is recovery, not rescue. Such a terrible thing.
Also, I did not mean to seem to minimize the surgery on the skin cancer. I hope it didn't seem that I was. I feel for Frank every time he has one of these surgeries.
I knew you do not minize the surgery,Lynn. Do not worry! You were right.
As murisopsis above says hopeful there is not return.
You're in my thoughts and prayers, Michel! Surgeries are always tough.
Hang in there!
HUGS!!!
Yes, I pray also that there is no return. What a year it has been for you.
It's good to document things for our children and grandchildren. Yes, it does turn into history. Sorry about the surgeries! Not fun! Hope this year is surgery free for you and me and our loved ones. God bless.
Hello my friend. Hope you are feeling better after your surgerys. I still think of you often. Take care
Maggie
Praying you heal quickly and well, need no more surgeries for a long while, and that you feel like your old self very soon.
Hugs and smiles,
Char

Sending many prayers.
It seems that life sometimes gives us a lot to handle in one year. I hope this next year is one of good health and serenity.

Did you ever hear any more about Inciteful?
Seems as we age little things, and BIG things just start to happen with our health. Glad that you have been able to "fix" things. My prayers are for your speedy recovery. I hope that your back surgery was successful. You know that it was the failed back surgery that gave Bruce such pain.
Love, Light and Blessings, Nancy

Well, you have been getting a of attention from the doctors recently! I hope they treated you well.
Thank for your comments on my WordPress blog. My husband wants to shop for a new TV this weekend. I think he has changed his mind about waiting for the next new technology. When a man wants a new TV, he's got to have it!
Happy Whee-kend to you and Janine!
I continue to pray for both of you.
It's a sunny day here!

I have missed my Michel! You even look good in the hospital! LOL Right now my back is giving me fits of pain so I can relate! I have been stressing it out so it is retaliating!

I have missed you, Michel. I am glad to have you back in my heart!
That is too much medical attention. I hope the rest of your year is surgery free, Michel!
