The father Jean-Baptiste giving the milk bottle to one of the twins , Yris, two days old, on the 26th of August 2012Et presque deux ans après , voici les jumeaux Raphaël et Yris mangeant en autonomie , assis côte à côte à la table . Ils ont bon appétit. Au menu artichaut, carotte, bœuf et pâtes. On reste stupéfaits en face de la croissance rapide , les premières années de la vie . Janine prend souvent des photos pour s’en convaincre encore. Merveille de la vie.

And almost two years after, here are the twins eating on their own, sat side to side in front of the table . They have good appetite. At the menu : artichoke, carrot, beef and noodles . We remain amazed in front of the fast growing in the first years of life.. Janine often takes photos of them to be convinced of this reality yet. Wonder of life.

Oh, my, how Yris and Raphael have thrived and grown!
They are so beautiful!

And they are eating some yummy food!
HUGS!!!
PS...How are you feeling, Michel? You are still in my thoughts and prayers.
I forgot to say...thank you so very much for your comment on my WordPress site, Michel! Your sweet presence and kind words always mean so much to me. HUGS!!!
They grow so fast, don't they! My little great nephew turned 2 about a month ago -- he's running around and chatting a lot.
They seem to change from day to day at that age! I remember when my son was 2 yrs old - My mother bought him a little knit jacket. He wore it once and then a week later it was too small!
You are right: the fast growing in the first years is amazing .
They are just so beautiful {v}
Such darlings!!! They are growing up so fast. Before you know it they will be helping you in the garden.
Almost 2 years old already. Amazing!
They are precious, Michel. Grandparents just have to take pictures of our delightful offspring! It is fun to see them sitting and feeding themselves such nutritious food.
Love,
Carolyn
What I have also liked on this picture is to see them sitting side by side at table,
Such beautiful children and they have grown so much so quickly.
TY so very much for your comments on my post, and photos of the kite festival at the ocean. It was such a fun day.
Ty so very much for your comment on my photo of the purple iris.
Two years makes a very big difference when it comes to children. I have six grandchildren, and consider them all to be treasures!
They have sure grown...It seems like only yesterday, you were sharing pictures of them been tiny newborn babies....Time flies!!
They are adorable!!
more twins?
LOL there is a couple in town who had two sets of twins back in the 70's and as a nurse I got to carry the babies or roll them in to mom and dad.
They were natural and not test tube or anything like that.
a set of boy-girl boy-girl they are in the 30 and 40's now.
Really cute. Children make life worthwhile--especially to great grand parents.
they seem to be very tidy in their eating habits, maybe Yris more than Raphael
and they eat good healthy food too! I'm not suprised about them sitting together in harmony, my twins always did that when they were toddlers! Isn't it amazing to watch them grow and thrive!

Hi Michel, They do grow so fast. So tiny the baby Yris looks in her fathers arms.
So cute. Looks like they are 'neat' eaters. Some of the children I've taken care of including my own were neat about food and some of them had food everywhere.
It is good to see children eating well. Your twins are beautiful!! <3
What great photos... of the new born, and the two year olds! Beautiful children. What a joy!
How time flies!
I do not know how to answer on any site you would have . But , know your visit please me a lot after so many years on xanga .
They are in a very nice and comfortable position while feeding themselves.. How long does it take them to finish the meal?
Time passes so fast! They are beautiful children. Such sweet faces. I always enjoy the photos of your family.
instead.
Michel, I think I waited too long to cross the channel this year. I figured up the mileage and laps and I would have to swim about 1 hour, 30 minutes every day. NO CAN DO.
But maybe I can swim across some wide lake
I would like to have one of those plates for those days we take care of our grand-niece Leah. She is two years old also.
How wonderful to see them as they grow! They sure are identical!
Good to see you back. My husband may get hip replacement soon. My younger son still limps. My other one is ill, too. Need prayer. Thank you. I'm doing ok.
Ty so very much of your comments on my post about my son, Alby, graduating from college.
We are so proud of him.
At the age of 40 he now has a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Have a wonderful week end Michel.
TY so very much for your comments on my post with photo of the pink rose with raindrops on it
RYC: ear Michel,
I do believe you are right about Mom’s moving her rejuvenating her. After the initial adjustment, she has just been happier all the time!
Thank you for your kind remarks about Tristen and her parents. I could see you at that age! They are 32; he will soon be 33. They are
both really sweet.
I enjoy reading of your life in France, your precious family, and the many plants (garden vegetables, trees, & flowers) that you grow.
Blessings and love,
Carolyn
time sure has flown by. they sure are cute. You have great looking family all around.
They are so precious!
It looks like I won't be posting any more blogs on Xanga as I've been informed (once again) that my subscription has expired and I see no link to renew. Last I heard it was $250 a year and I don't think anything I have to say is worth even $50 a year. Fortunately, it appears I can still log in to read your posts.
Wow! I can't believe it has been that long. I remember your post when they were born! They are beautiful!
The twins are adorable and have grown so much.
Kiss Kiss !
Ils sont adorables!
