Croisière sur le Fauquet's site .
Cruise on the fauquet ' s site . Recapitulation .

The cruise is starting July 2005 La croisière sémarre
Like those 3 English people in July 2005 who start a cruise on the river Somme which flows in Amiens , I invite you for a ride on the Michel ' s site from April 2004 to the end of february 2006 . The links send you to the blogs whom the title could attract your attention . Then you will be able to go further with other recapitulations and see , if you want it , all of the blogs until 2001 .

MICHEL...Pardon..
I shall have to come back time and time again as I am not able to sit so long these last few days. But I did enjoy your granddaughter's painting at 5. I wonder why all children seem to do birds like that?
Wow. You've been blogging for quite a while. I've always enjoyed your entries.
I think I love your little love blogs about Janine the most. I love seeing old photographs of you two. Old photographs are my favorite.

Michel! You have been very busy, my friend! How wonderful! What a lot of work you have put into this! Thank you! What a record you have for your memoirs and for your family. This is a good thing! - Sending you much love in friendship! - Rachel
Hi Michel: No, I am fine, tired yes but the material we are running is very hard to run and demanding of time, we're changing it soon to a very easy to run material....Thank Goodness! So that will mean I will get my breaks back YES! Wishing you and your family a happy and relaxing day.
Shirley
How absolutely wonderfully done. This was a fantastic post. Take care of yourself so we can continue to see you more often. Tami
I love reading back and looking at all your pictures. I've barely started....I don't think that there is anything more beautiful than the fruit trees in blossom and those happy children. This must have taken you a great deal of time to prepare.
I'll be back and continue reading.
What a marvellous work.
I must say that this is a work of art.
I am also very happy that you are back.
A cruise in Michel site, what an idea.
Bien à toi
Carlo
Great cruise, and happy to see you arrived back to port. We missed you. I've been busy editing and compiling Mr. C's Ebook.

How clever of you to do that when I have time I will go back and refresh my memory, i love the photops. of you and Marie Julie and john ,they were lucky to visit you .Stop worrying about me when one is 82 one cannot feel as one did before, remember you are a lot younger ,so make the most of now ,for it does get harder as you get older .I shall stop moaning I have had a good life it is just i am careless and the fall was my fault, it just makes me be more careful ,i have had a wonderful life really, better than many, have done so much ,i cannot grumble that i am housebound now .Still thanks for caring my dear friend. Love Marjie

Stephen Andrew Lo
You went to a lot of work! I will have to come back later and do some reading. It is nice to see you posting again.
What a neat cruise. I really enjoyed going back to Sept.27.'05. I love that house.
This is wonderful!!! I am going to read a bit each day. It will be as a reward to myself! I am amazed you did this. It had to have been an immense task. If I were there, I would first ask Janine's permission, then I would give you a hug and a kiss on each cheek. Thank you, dear Michel, for this wonderful journey!
You look so genuinely happy in all of the pictures you posted. You must really enjoy this kind of vacation. What a job making all of those links! Great! I will be coming to France again this year and very soon. Again, I will wave to you as I fly into your lovely country. Blessings, kc
oh welcome back michel! those are great entry! your wife is so lovely and she looks like my grandma.. my grandma adores me a lot when i was a baby..
I'm only up to June 15, 2004. Am enjoying this immensely. I commented on a few but from now on, I will comment on those as I read them.
Your friend,
Francoise
Have just read through the first set of blogs. The ones going back to 2004. Will work my way through the older ones when I have a few mnutes here and there. These are so fascinating!
I did find out something else we have in common--almost. We each have 12 grandchildren, but I just found out that you and Janine were married just 4 days before we were!! So, you just celebrated your 45th anniversary, also. Congratulations. We had a small wedding, only about 25 people, and I wore a short dress, also. I put up a blog on our anniversary, showing pictures of us on our wedding day, too. 1961 certainly was a good year for both of us, wasn't it??? I just knew Janine had to have been beautiful when she was young, because she is so beautiful still! And I was right!!
On verra!
Amitié,
Jenny
Michel,
What a wonderful cruise this was for me. At times it moved me to tears. You have such a love for life and for your family that shows in all that you do dear friend. You are truely such a special person and I feel so very blessed that you have shared all of this with us. Thank you sir for being so giving!
Love,
Debbie
I am so glad that you posted these links. I thought that I had probably read all of your blogs, but I guess that I have not. I am enjoying reading some of your earlier ones. I especially enjoyed reading about the one hen that you had and about the trees singing. Those were in 2001. I guess that you did not put pictures in your blogs back then. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to do this. I will be back to read more.
Have a great week, Michel.
Love
Edie Rose.
You are such a wonderful storyteller and gorgeous photographs to boot! Thank you so much for remembering my birthday, Michel. It made my heart skip a beat! Much Love, Aviv
There is this one blog of yours I'd never forget Michel~ I'm not sure if it is on the list...maybe i missed it...
Where you posted a black n' white picture of your beloved wife Janine with your dog at the beach. That picture would always stay in my mind. It was beautiful!
this is a great way of remembering the past! you're such a genius. i'll be boarding soon. TC!
LOL! Five years on Xanga is a long time, my friend!
Great post! It will of course take a bit to catch up with all of the links!

Love the smiles of all on your cruise. Nice to have the links to previous blogs too.
In answer to your question. The new kitchen stove is electric. Have learned our lesson not to run the electric stove oven in the kitchen non stop in winter it fried the elements. We are lucky to have a fireplace that has an apache firplace insert. It is a wood burning stove. If the temperature drops below 30 degrees we burn wood to keep warm. Actually our main concern is to keep the water pipes in the house from freezing. Our winters are funny these days. Only 1 or 2 weeks of bitter cold total to worry about from Nov to January. March to April sometimes brings the coldest, but not too many days of cold. Temps this week are forcast in the 70's until Thursday.
I am enjoying this so much, Michel. I read some every day! It brightens the rest of the day!
The word for tasting is almost disgusting. <grin>

RYC: Degustation. Disgusting. Not quite homophones (sound-alike words) but close. That's what I meant. Just joking around, a little. No harm intended.
Sorry about the confusion with my earlier blog. I updated the time stamp on the one public blog that I have on my xanga. Apparently a lot of people got confused! LOL
I love the pictures. The cruise looks like a lot of fun. I'm going to come back to take a look at your earlier blogs. You have such wonderful pictures.

Happy Birthday, a little early! I will toast to your birthday while I'm in France!
I do not speak very much French. I have a set of 27 CD's that teach French. I am on #24 and I do not feel that I know very much. I cannot write it because all I have done is listen and respond. But I sincerely wanted to learn at least some. Languages are not easy for me. And also, you asked about a yearbook. It is a book that we make every year that records the events of the year. It has many pictures and written stories of the events at school like football, basketball games, pep rallies, class projects, etc. Ours is about 230 pages long and we work on it most of the year. It is printed as a hard-bound book with a creative cover. I'm looking forward to my trip. Hope you are having a great week. Blessings, kc
Hi Michel!
What a great idea! I'm doing well, I recently got a new car. In the united states, shotgun is a word that people yell when walking out to the car when they want to sit in the front seat! My new car is a small mini cooper. I've always wanted one. I also started a new job that is keeping my hands full. I am the nanny of three darling little three year old triplets!! Hope you are doing well too!!
<3,
Aubrey
It seems that I have so little time to comment lately because I am going back and reading old blogs of those that have meant so much to me while I have been on this journey. I'm glad our little boats have met along the river.
Merci.
Votre ami,
Billy
Hi Michel. Thanks for all your kind words of support. They really mean a lot to me.
Have a great day.
Paula
Have I told you that I was able to go to mass in Notre Dame! When Michele and Jeff lived in France , their daugther and I went to visit and we went to Paris. We were fortunate to be there when mass started. What a thrill for me. Your cities are so beautiful.
thanks for the visit in my site! btw, i need to sleep in the afternoon bcoz of health problems. thanks for asking. take care & God bless!
Well, I've finished 2004 and I'm thoroughly enjoying myself. I'm not sure if you have read the comments left on those entries, so I'm entering here. I've learned that I do want to visit Alsace, such a quaint , charming place. I also find you have a beautiful wife.
votre amie,
Francoise.
Michel, i read a very nice old entry of yours titled beginning of classes.
i wonder when I look back over my life in a few decades, will i have such pensive, simple and beautiful thoughts as you have? In all probabaility, not!:(
I feel i have so much to learn from you!
Glad to see you back! This is a terrific idea of capturing your past posts, I was recently reading some of my own, and i had forgotten quite a few of them that i was terribly excited about when i wrote them on xanga.
Looks like you had a great year
!
You know peace is something so easily lost when so many things are distracting.....the last few days we have so enjoyed family joy, simple things, and reminded ourselves that the conflicts of life can be put aside....and take in the blessings of the day, when one just decides to! So glad you are back!
Wow Michel, this is a lot of blogs! I will be sure to have a look at many of them! I love the pictures too!
Have a great weekend!
Michel,
Merci de vos "comments" .J'adore photograpier mes momes!!!

I love all the pictures you post. You and Janine look so happy! What a beautiful place you live in. I know I always tell you that.
I was watching the history channel - they have a lot of shows on France - and think, I bet Michel has seen that - or, I bet they've been to that place!!
Much love to you and Janine!
Marie looks so happy to be there!!! Thank you for reposting these blogs. I will have to find some time to visit them all. And welcome back; we always miss you when you are gone. Isn't Amiens the place where the woman had the face transplant? What do you think about that?
No, Sandy Beach is my friend's dog. I only have two cats. For some reason nobody really enjoys when I blog about cats. Oh well.
this'll be a long journey...i better get a few snacks to take with me while i visit your wonderful photos!

oh michel, i always love reading your blogs. your pictures are great! i spent some time in europe the end of last year and took so many lovely pictures. unfortunately i didn't get to visit france, but someday i hope to! traveling is so addictive and it makes you want to learn everything about the places you visit! other than that, i've been quite well, thanks for asking. i hope you are well too! ~j
Hi Michel: It's not witch's that interest me as I don't believe in them, it's how they came to be known and why. How grown men and women could even believe in them to the point of burning human's at a stake or hanging them and how it got out of control. I've always been a person who is not satisfied with anything working I want to know how it works, not satisfied with a short explation, I always dig from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top. Witch's do not interest me at all, it's how grown men and women reacted to gossip and careless fear's that interest me.
Shirley
Wow. That's a lot of photos.
ryc
No, it's not a shark. I'll show you the shark later.
What a wonderful idea, Michel!
Amities
wow that must have been nice and scenic. Glad you wrote most of this in english it saved me the trouble of getting it translated heheh.
Thank you Michel for the birthday card, it really meant a lot to me and helped make my day special. It is always nice to be remembered on ones birthday.
I will be back to read some more of your older blogs, I really do enjoy reading them. Have a great week!!!

Today I was lazy so I watched a tape I made of Queen Elizabeth I entertaining your president and his wife. Goodness, did she really have 140 people for dinner??? Can you imagine that she was exhausted cooking for them? LOL
Wow! That is so kind of you. You are a blogger sincère!
JOYEAUX ANNIVERSAIRE, MON AMI!!! A very Happy Birthday to you today, Michel! I have made a birthday post for you.
