Dans cette mi-septembre la chaleur torride de l'été a disparu. Certains jours, nous avons encore le soleil mais le plus souvent nous avons le ciel changeant montré dans la photo.. Finalement pouvons-nous profiter de ce temps incertain au lieu d'être cuits en permanence par le soleil? Je crois. Cela nous amène à une sorte de incertitude à l'origine d’interrogations qui stimulent notre esprit et garde éveillée notre intelligence puisque nous devons faire l'effort sur nous-mêmes pour adapter le meilleur comportement comme quelqu'un qui doit trouver son chemin dans le brouillard. Ainsi, nous pouvons rejeter les regrets de l'été pour goûter la saison à venir et l'embrasser pleinement sans modération!. Avec de nouveaux projets.
Et n'est-il pas sage de prendre le temps comme il vient?

In that mid- september the scorching heat of summer has gone . Some days we still have sun but more often we have the changing sky shown in the picture.. Finally is it possible to enjoy this unsettled weather instead of to be permanently cooked by the sun ? I think so . This leads us to a kind of uncertainty, origin of interrrogations that stimulate our mind and keep awaken our intelligence since we have to do the effort to adapt ourself to get the best behavior like someone who has to find his way in the mist. So we can reject regrets of summer to taste the up coming season to embrace it fully without moderation!. With new projects.
And is not it wise to take the weather as it comes?

Belles récoltes encore et encore
Still and again good crops.

Samedi dernier, je m’arrêtais en face de la récolte ramenée par mon épouse Janine après une visite simple du jardin de légumes.
Je me dis: Ah mais !! il y a encore beaucoup de choses à récolter, et, cela semble bon et laisse deviner des plats succulents à venir. En effet, il y avait: betteraves rouges, persil, cornichons, haricots verts, tomates, mûres, prunes et des pommes tombées au sol.
Dès qu'elle fut rentrée, Janine a préparé les pommes en enlevant la partie pourrie (due à une morsure par un insecte) pour conserver la partie saine coupée en petits morceaux pour cuisiner ou pour faire de la compote.
Elle fait le tour du jardin presque tous les jours, donc elle prépare l'hiver en stérilisant et congelant telle une fourmi.

Last Saturday I was staying in front of the crop picked by my wife Janine after a simple tour of the veggie garden.
I tell myself : Wow ! there are still many things to harvest and this looks good and let guess some delightful dishes to come . Indeed there were : red beets, parsley, gherkins, green beans, tomatoes, blackberries, plums and apples fallen on the ground .
As soon as she came home , Janine prepared the apples putting out the rotten part ( due to a biting by an insect ) to keep the sane part in small bits to cook or to make compote.
She makes the tour of the garden almost everyday ,so she prepares the winter in sterilizing, in freezing such an ant. Nothing is wasted.

Après ce spectacle agréable je suis allé rendre visite à mon jardin de légumes. C'était aussi un vrai spectacle. Les cornichons encore en fleur et en fruit ont envahi le territoire et conquièrent la laitue et les haricots verts. Plus loin , c’ était la même pour les courgettes qui traversaient l’allée.
Je ne pouvais pas arrêter d’admirer le majestueux céleri-rave. Tout est agréable dans le jardin. La vie végétale est encore intense en cette fin d'été. Et bientôt nous aurons à grimper à l’échelle pour cueillir les pommes.. et en Octobre-Novembre commencer les labours.

Nice celeriac, Madam! le beau céleri-rave, Madame !

After this enjoyable sight I went pay a visit to my veggie garden . It was a true show . The gherkins still in bloom and fruitful invaded the territory and take over the lettuce and the green beans . Further it was the same for the squashes that ran through the path
I could not stop to admire the majestic celeriac . All is enjoyable in the garden . Vegetal life is still strong at this end of summer . And soon we will have to climb the ladder to pick the apples on the trees . And in October –November we will start the first tillage.
